RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your new XXL jewelry! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will happily accept non-custom items to be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- All returns must be unworn and undamaged
- All returns must be packed in the original packaging, including XXL boxes and pouches
- All personalized and any custom orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges
If you wish to make a return, please email support@xxlfinejewelry.com with your order # and RETURN in the subject line. Once we approve the return, you will be issued an RA# (return authorization number) to be included with your return package, and then we will email you a return shipping label. Please pack up your jewelry in the same way you received it - please be mindful of how you package the return to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
REPAIR POLICY
If your XXL Fine Jewelry piece needs repair within 30 days of purchase, we will repair your piece free of charge. You will only be responsible for shipping costs.
For all repair requests, please email support@xxlfinejewelry.com. Please include your original order number and REPAIR in the subject line of the email, as well as your contact information (name, email, phone number), a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged jewelry. We will review the request and respond within 1-2 business days.
For jewelry past 30 days of receipt, additional fees will apply. You will receive the repair quote via email for your approval prior to us beginning any work on the repair.
PLEASE NOTE: Repairs have a processing time of 2-5 weeks, depending on the level of repair required for your jewelry. During peak seasons, there may be unexpected delays or longer production times for your repair. We are not responsible for items that are lost, altered or repaired outside of XXL Fine Jewelry.
