Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $100.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
All over the USA. We not offer worldwide shipping yet (but we are working on it!).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?
The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:
- On average, orders usually ship after 1-7 business days from the date the production started.
- US orders may arrive approximately 3-10 business days after being shipped.
- International orders may arrive in your country 1-3 weeks after being shipped.
Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic impact and extremely high order demand, carrier services might need additional 7-15 business days to ship packages anywhere.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

XXL Fine Jewelry is handmade and delicate by nature. Please handle each piece with extra care to ensure it lasts a lifetime. Below are tips and instructions on how to keep your jewelry in great condition:
• Avoid wearing your jewelry while exercising or doing vigorous physical activities. Gold is a soft metal, which means it is susceptible to scratches and dings. You also should avoid wearing your jewelry while using any harsh chemicals as they can wear at the shine and luster of your piece.
• Do not wear your jewelry into a pool or spa. Chlorine is very damaging to gold jewelry and can lead to your jewelry breaking with repeated exposure. Also, wearing jewelry while you shower/bathe can lead to buildup of soap which leaves a film on your stones and gold.
• Put jewelry on last. Makeup, perfume, hair products, and lotions can damage your gold. It is best to put these on before your jewelry to limit exposure.
• Do not sleep in your jewelry. If you toss and turn, wearing your jewelry to bed may put unnecessary pressure on your pieces and cause damage over time.
• Store your pieces in a clean, dry, fabric-lined jewelry box, or keep it safe in the box/pouch your item arrives in. It is best to store items separately or in a designated area to keep them from scratching or tangling.
• For those with nickel allergies - Our white gold is alloyed with nickel for coloring purposes, so it's best to avoid if you are allergic. Our yellow and rose gold do not contain nickel.
JEWELRY CARE
Our collections consist of 14-karat recycled gold and can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or warm, soapy water and a soft toothbrush. We highly recommend our foaming jewelry cleaner, because it's gentle and safe to use on delicate gemstones.
