We want you to love your new XXL jewelry! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will happily accept non-custom items to be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are outside of the 7 day window, then we will accept a return for store credit within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • All returns must be unworn and undamaged
  • All returns must be packed in the original packaging, including XXL boxes and pouches
  • All personalized and any custom orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges
